I woke up looking at the final roster moves before Opening Day, and let me tell you, the depth of this baseball club is absolutely staggering. Bringing in international amateur third baseman Alfredo Perez out of the Dominican Republic on a minor league contract is a massive win for our global scouting department. Add in the promotion of international complex member Mel Camunez to Rookie League 23 Detroit in the DSL, and you have a farm system that is constantly refreshing itself with high-upside arms and bats.
